Collect data from teachers using the established textbooks and supplemental materials. Evaluate their feedback to determine if adjustments need to be made or additional materials incorporated to accomplish curriculum allignment.
Instructional Program
TEKS presented in a variety of settings and arrangements.
Research-based instruction correlated to TEKS
Implement a student project that will enable students to apply knowledge to a specific module of instruction. Students can apply real-life situations to this project.
Staff Development Program
PDAS, or local teacher-apraisal system
Staff development in regards to weaknesses observed during observation/apraisal
Introduce a teacher mentor program. Emphasize each teacher's strength and have them lead by example and provide feedback.
Measurement System
AEIS, PEIMS
To reach an exemplary rating as a campus
Evaluate benchmark testing to assess progress towards goals.
Possibly ask for student feedback on which teaching methods worked the best.

Create Campus Improvement Plan
Regular team meetings, staff input, teacher-input
Consistent campus meetings to obtain staff input and discuss progress. Implement what is needed and and appropriate to succeed.
